AGILEHAND - Smart Grading, Handling and Packaging Solutions for Soft and Deformable Products in Agile and Reconfigurable Lines.
AGILEHAND aims at developing advanced technologies for grading, handling and packaging autonomously soft and deformable products, as a strategic instrument to improve flexibility, agility and reconfigurability of production and logistic systems of the European manufacturing companies.
This application, developed by the research team of Mechanical Industrial Plants at the Università Politecnica delle Marche (DIISM), enables the management of the data-driven Digital Twin solution for smart factories (WP6 - T6.2), allowing the automatic generation of simulation models and real-time synchronization of production and logistics. By integrating company data, it supports planning, control, and reconfiguration of production lines.
